Extrait de Parfum — 100 ml
Noir Élixir
A study in shadow. Oud, rose and saffron, aged in silence for eleven months.
I — Manifesto
Perfume is not worn.
It is remembered.
We began in a cellar beneath Grasse with a single question: what does darkness smell like when it is beautiful?
Eleven months of maceration. Six revisions of a single accord. No filler, no haste, no compromise. Every flacon of NOIR ÉLIXIR leaves our atelier numbered by hand, because a fragrance made at this concentration cannot be made at volume.
What remains is a scent that behaves less like an accessory and more like a memory — quiet on arrival, impossible to forget.

II — The Composition
Four Ingredients.
Nothing to Hide Behind.
-
01
Oud
Assam, India — 40 years aged
The spine of the composition. Resinous, animalic, faintly sweet — the note that decides how long you are remembered.
-
02
Damascena Rose
Isparta, Türkiye — dawn harvest
Four thousand petals for a single gram of absolute. Picked before sunrise, when the oil has not yet learned to leave.
-
03
Saffron
Khorasan, Iran — hand sorted
Leather and honey held in a single thread. It gives the opening its heat and its slight, deliberate bitterness.
-
04
Amber
Baltic coast — fossil resin
The close. Warm, powdered, unhurried — the reason the scent is still on the collar of your coat a week later.
“The finest perfume in the world is the one nobody can describe to you. You have to be in the room.”
IV — The Atelier
Made Slowly,
On Purpose
Nine hands. One cellar. No machine has ever touched the maceration.
-
Sourcing
We buy from four families we have known for a decade, at the price they name.
-
Maceration
Eleven months in unlit oak. The composition is turned by hand every ninth day.
-
Filtration
Cold, unhurried, and only once — clarity should never cost character.
-
Numbering
Each flacon is engraved with its batch and its place within it.
V — Invitation
Three Hundred Flacons.
Then Silence.
Batch No. 12 opens in October. Members of the list are written to first.
